Miss Tee is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child

Tiera Anderson, Assistant Director

Miss Tiera has been a dedicated member of the MTCA team for nearly two years and brings over nine years of experience in early childhood education. As Assistant Director, she plays a key role in supporting daily operations and is currently pursuing her Director’s Credentials to continue growing as a leader in the field.

Miss Morgan recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with MTCA. In that time, she has become a valued member of the team, bringing consistency, care, and a strong commitment to the children and families she serves. She looks forward to continuing to grow in her second year

Miss Mienita joined MTCA in March 2025 and brings one year of experience in early childhood education. She is enthusiastic about nurturing young minds and continues to grow in her role with care and dedication

Miss Natalie joined MTCA in April 2025 and brings experience in early childhood education since April 2022. She is already making a positive impact through her dedication and warm approach with the children.
