A proud member of the U.S. Army, she brings discipline, dedication, and leadership to her role. Miss Tee is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child

Tiera Anderson, Assistant Director

Miss Tiera has been a dedicated member of the MTCA team for nearly two years and brings over nine years of experience in early childhood education. As Assistant Director, she plays a key role in supporting daily operations and is currently pursuing her Director’s Credentials to continue growing as a leader in the field.

Miss Natalie joined MTCA in April 2025 and brings experience in early childhood education since April 2022. She is already making a positive impact through her dedication and warm approach with the children.
